Are there additional WhatsApp costs?
The prices shown already include WhatsApp Business API costs for the indicated conversation volume. If you exceed the limit, an additional per-conversation charge applies.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers and payments through platforms like Stripe. For clients in Colombia we also accept PSE.
Is there an implementation cost?
For the Essential and Professional plans, there is a one-time setup fee of $299 USD covering the diagnosis, configuration and initial training. The Premium plan includes implementation.
